Champion Trophy & Engraving ("we", "us") runs this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, and what we do with it. Plain version: we ask for the minimum needed to answer you, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

• Quote / order forms: your name, phone number, email, event date, order details, engraving text, and any artwork you upload. This is sent to us by email through our form delivery provider so we can respond to your inquiry.
• Phone calls: if you tap a call button, that's between you and your phone app — we don't see anything extra.

We don't run accounts, trackers, or analytics that identify you personally.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions, estimates, and order requests.
• That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Who else touches it

• Form delivery: form submissions are delivered through our form service provider. They handle the message in transit; they don't get to use it for anything else.
• Hosting: this site is hosted on a static hosting platform. Standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) may be kept by the host for security purposes.

Your choices

Don't want to use the form? Call instead, at the phone number shown in the site's contact section — no form, no record beyond the call itself. To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, contact the shop at the email address shown in the site's contact section once this template is customized with real business details.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
