The basics

Using this website means you accept these terms. Submitting the quote or order form is a request, not a confirmed order — your order is only confirmed when the shop confirms it back to you, in writing.

Estimates and pricing

Any prices shown on this site are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed when the shop reviews your order details and artwork. Prices can change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps its quoted price.

Personalized engraving

Engraving text is produced exactly as submitted, so check spelling, dates, and names before you send the order. Personalized items are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged unless the shop made an error. Proof approval, where offered, is your final sign-off.

Your artwork

If you upload a logo or artwork, you're confirming you have the right to have it reproduced. We won't use your artwork for anything beyond producing your order.

Timing

Needed-by dates are a planning target, not a guarantee. Rush service, where offered, is quoted separately and confirmed before work starts.

Fair use of the site

Don't submit false orders, upload files that could harm the site, or scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others.

Liability

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page with a new date.
