FAQ
How do proofs work?
After you submit your order details, we send a free digital proof within 1–3 days. Nothing is engraved until you approve it — revise as many times as you need.
What artwork do you need for logos?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. High-resolution JPG or PNG at 300 DPI works too. No usable file? Our design service starts at $25.
Can you hit my event date?
In-stock items run about 3 business days; custom orders about 2 weeks. Tell us your date up front — if it's tight, rush service (same-day to 48-hour) is available for a fee.
What if there's a misspelling?
That's what the proof is for — check it carefully. Once you approve and we engrave, custom items are final sale.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — 5–20% off quantity orders. Leagues, schools and corporate accounts get repeat-order templates kept on file.
